Scott Slusser, President

Scott Slusser is the owner and President of Slusser Financial, LLC, providing insurance and financial services for personal, business needs, and estate planning strategies. Scott started his career in 2014, and has earned Rookie of the Year, Associate of the Year, and Agent of the Year in 2021 and 2022. Starting in 2015 through present day, Scott became a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals1,  Qualifying for Court of the Table in 2021 and Top of the Table in 2022. After gaining valuable expertise in the financial field, he had the desire to start a practice servicing more financial needs, from basic to sophisticated planning strategies.

Scott grew up in Auburn, WA and earned a BS in Environmental Geology from Central Washington University. Later on, he earned his MBA from Capella University. In 2020, he earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services. Scott lives in Puyallup with his wife Jessica, a Director of Communications for an education consulting firm, and their 2 children. Spending time with his family, working hard for his clients and enjoying life through volunteer work, sports and drinking coffee keep Scott busy.

Khiana Oliver, Director of Client Services & Licensed Service Assistant

Khiana Oliver is our Director of Client Services, and Licensed Service Assistant. She joined the Slusser Financial, LLC team in 2019. With almost a decade of experience in customer service, she's become a great fit here. She relocated to the Pacific Northwest from the central coast of California and is thrilled to raise her daughter in beautiful Washington. She is an avid runner, reader, and coffee drinker. As a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Khiana is always thinking of ways to promote exponential, organic growth. She’s an integral part of the team here at Slusser Financial, LLC.

Rayanne Lunsford, Service Assistant

Rayanne Lunsford joined Slusser Financial, LLC as our Service Assistant in February 2021. With years of experience in customer service and the travel industry, she is passionate about helping people in all aspects of life and is thrilled to be joining the world of finance. Rayanne has a warm and welcoming personality and genuinely cares about giving clients the best experience possible.

Rayanne was born and raised in California and relocated to Tacoma in 2018. She is married to her wonderful husband Taylor and they have two small children. They enjoy hiking, camping and spending time in the kitchen together as a family.
